We agree except for the “probably” part.

Ingredients


  • 1 lb. SunFed Ranch 100% grass fed ground beef (80/20 or 90/10)
  • 2 Tbsp toasted ground sticky rice
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp palm sugar or honey (adjust to your liking)
  • 1 Tbsp Thai crushed chili
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onion

Instructions


  1. Prep your aromatics by slicing and chopping them up.
  2. To a bowl, add your beef, add the aromatics, add the seasonings. Give it a mix
  3. Form into meatballs.
  4. Airfry at 375 for 10 minutes OR
  5. Deep fry in veggie oil for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy!
