So you’re having a bunch of people over and you’re trying to figure out what to serve that’s fun, easy, delicious and nutritious. Good news: thanks to SunFed fan @archelnguyen, it’s nacho problem anymore.

  • clear 9oz cups
  • 1lb sunfed ranch organic 100% grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 pack of taco seasoning
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 15oz guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • cilantro bunch, chopped
  • 8 limes
  • salt + pepper
  • garlic, minced
  • 1 can whole kernel golden corn
  • 16oz mexican shredded cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • large bag of tortilla chips, triangle-shaped
  • football flag toothpicks


  1. Heat garlic + oil in medium-sized pan, add ground beef and sauté with taco seasoning until brown. Crush into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine diced Roma tomatoes, yellow onion, chopped cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt and pepper to make fresh pico de gallo
  3. Cut red peppers into strips, remove seeds
  4. Cut lime into wedges
  5. Pro-Tip: add sour cream and guacamole into (separate) zip lock sandwich bags. Cut .375” inch corner for easy piping and layering.
  6. Separate ingredients into bags, bowls + start layering ingredients evenly into cups in the order below!
  7. Serve with extra chips!
