Ingredients


  • 1 lb SunFed Ranch grass fed ground beef 
  • 6 bell peppers 
  • 1 onion, diced 
  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes 
  • 1 cup white rice 
  • 2 tsp oregano 
  • 1 tsp kosher salt 
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes 
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • Grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese 

Instructions


  1. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove their insides. 
  2. Dice the pepper tops and place in a skillet with diced onions and 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook on medium-high heat until they get soft. 
  3. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink. 
  4. Stir in tomatoes, white rice, oregano, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. 
  5. Fill the peppers with the ground beef mixture and sprinkle the tops with cheese. 
  6. Place on a baking sheet, adding ½ cup water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and cook in a 400* oven for 30-35 minutes. 
  7. Enjoy.
