Air Fried SunFed Sirloin with Lemon Garlic Butter

Ever air fried your steak? If you have, then you know…if you haven’t, here we go. The lemon garlic butter takes it next level.

For the Steak and Marinade 

  • 5 lbs SunFed Ranch 100% grass fed sirloin steak
  • 3 T grapeseed or olive oil
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt (sea or Kosher)
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper

For the Lemon Garlic Butter:

  • 4 T butter melted
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ tsp parsley dried or fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • For the Steak:
    • Mix marinade ingredients together, place marinade and steak together in an airtight container (such as a ziplock bag), chill for up to 24 hours.
    • When ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400°F.
    • Place steak in oil sprayed air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes for medium rare, shaking once halfway until cooked to desired doneness.
  • For the Lemon Garlic Butter: 
    • While steak is cooking, whisk together the butter ingredients.
    • Pour over the steak and dig in.
