When Leonardo da Vinci said, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” this steak salad may have been what he was talking about. A handful of ingredients and 10 minutes of prep puts that leftover steak in a position to succeed.
10 minutes PREP TIME
N/A COOK TIME
10 minutes TOTAL TIME
4 ounces (or so) leftover SunFed Ranch strip, filet mignon, or sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
4 cups tender greens such as arugula, spinach, or baby kale
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar dressing
Shaved parmesan cheese
Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper
Remove leftover steak from fridge
Cut steak (against the grain) into bite-sized slices
Place slices on top of the greens and cheese, in a bowl or plate
Drizzle with dressing
Season with salt and pepper
