Ingredients


Bleu Cheese Dressing:

  • 1/4 mayonnaise
  • 1/4 sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dried mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 oz crumbled blue cheese

Burgers:

  • 1 lb SunFed Ranch Organic Ground Beef
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 TB butter
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Onion, sliced

Instructions


Bleu Cheese Dressing:

  • Mix ingredients together
  • Refrigerate until ready to use

Burgers:

  • Form beef into two patties and season with salt & pepper
  • Heat skillet over medium heat and drizzle in some cooking oil
  • Place patties in pan and sear until golden, about 2 minutes
  • Flip patties over and add butter to skillet
  • Cook another 2-3 minutes, while spooning melted butter over patties
  • Remove cooked patties from heat and let rest
  • Place lettuce on the bottom of a hamburger bun
  • Add tomato slices, onion and a burger patty
  • Top with blue cheese dressing and the top bun
  • Enjoy!
