  • 16 oz SunFed Ranch 100% Grass Fed Ribeye Steak (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp rice cooking wine
Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 bell peppers (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (roughly chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice cooking wine
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Mix and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the steak is marinating, chop up all your vegetables and set them aside.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 30 seconds until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Next, add the steak and marinade and cook until the steak is brown on all sides (1-2 minutes).
  5. Add the bell peppers and green onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bell peppers are soft.
  6. Mix the cornstarch and water together. Add the cornstarch slurry, soy sauce, and rice cooking wine to the pan. Mix everything together.
  7. Finally, add the pepper and sesame oil. Mix and remove from the heat.
  8. Serve the black pepper steak with white rice!
